    I am a high school strength coach. I have put block zero in for our rising 9th graders. The high school athletes have been doing mark ripptoes Starting Strength, with great results. I am teaching 5 basic lifts and trying to get really good at them,along with body wt asst movements. Once they stop progressing on the program we move them to another…[Read more]
