     Granted this is a forum about improving athletic qualities, however I can’t help but ask, where does the skill work fit in?  I can see the industry beginning to realize that too much emphasis is being put on training, and not enough on “PLAYING” your sport or improving your skills.  In some cases, even maintaining them.  Skill…[Read more]
